The Deigha Alagha Golden Jubilee Scholarship 2026

General Eligibility

Applicants must be an indigene and citizen of Nigeria.

Secondary School Category

Applicants must:

Be currently enrolled in a recognized secondary school in Nigeria.
Be in JSS1 – SS2
Have a minimum academic performance (e.g., average of 60% or above or equivalent).

Required Documents for Upload:

Recent school result.
Letter of recommendation (from a teacher or school authority).

University Category

Applicants must:

Be a student in a recognized Nigerian university.
Be in 100 – 500 level (or equivalent).
Have a minimum CGPA of 3.0/5.0 or 2:1 equivalent.

Required Documents for Upload:

Academic transcript or official result.
Official Admission Letter.
Valid Student ID Card.

The decison of the Scholarship Board is final and binding. Please note that this scholarship is a one-off financial award and not a recurring payment. Applications open on April 20th, 2026 and close on May 14th, 2026.
